tabularht – Tabular environments with height specified
The tabularht package defines some environments that add a height specification to tabular and array environments. The default set of new environments take a value for their height in the first argument: defined environments are: tabularht, tabularht* and arrayht. If package tabularx is also loaded, the package also defines environments tabularxht and tabularxht*.
The places where stretching is to happen are signalled by
immediately after the \\ that ends a row of the table or array.
