This is version 2.9999 of the chscite bibliographic style, based on the
harvard family of bibliographic styles. It includes the same fixes by
Berwin A. Turlach (berwin@alphasun.anu.edu.au) as the harvard package.

If you would like to maintain this package, get in touch and I'll
transfer the Github repository to you.
