pst-eqhz:
The objective was to create a command enabling the superposition of the horizontal and equatorial coordinate systems, as previously demonstrated by Hyomin Kim: https://web.njit.edu/~hmkim/phys322/Phy322Basics2019Spring.pdf
PSTricks is PostScript Tricks, the documentation cannot be run with pdftex, use the sequence latex->dvips->ps2pdf or lualatex, which is a bit slow for animations but the easiest way.
