quotchap – Decorative chapter headings

A pack­age for cre­at­ing dec­o­ra­tive chap­ter head­ings with quo­ta­tions. Uses graph­i­cal and coloured out­put and by de­fault needs the “Adobe stan­dard font set” (as sup­ported by psnfss).
