Some little changes in the e-french package : 1. french.sty and frenchle.sty adapted to the fact that with them, only {ngerman|german}.sty are also running without Babel; 2. because of some evolution of Babel TeX and LaTeX, french.sty is no more Babel compatible; 3. manuals adapted to the new conditions, many things have changed since 2007 as B. Gaulle died; 4. the TDS structure is better taken in account.

e-french – Comprehensive support for French-language typesetting

E-french is a distribution that keeps alive the work of Bernard Gaulle (now deceased), under a free licence.

It replaces the old “full” frenchpro (the “professional” distribution) and the light-weight frenchle packages.
