CTAN update: pdftex.def v0.04h

On Tue, 12 Jun 2007, Heiko Oberdiek submitted a new verison of the
pdftex.def
file.

> Changes of version 0.04h:
> * Fix for \pagecolor: v0.04f uses keyword `page' for \pdfliteral,
> but this keyword is not available before pdfTeX 1.30.0.

pdftex – A TeX extension for direct creation of PDF
An extension of TeX which can directly generate PDF documents as well as DVI output. All current free TeX distributions including TeX Live, MacTeX and MiKTeX include pdfTeX (Plain TeX) and pdfLaTeX (LaTeX), among many other formats based on the pdfTeX engine.
