Rustfig – A reimplementation of xfig in Rust, with exports to LaTeX, TikZ, PSTricks, pict2e and more
RustFig is a reimplementation of xfig, the classic vector drawing program for figures in papers and documents, written in Rust. It reads and writes xfig's Fig files (Fig 1.3 to 3.2), looks and behaves like xfig, and runs natively on macOS, Windows and Linux. It exports through a Rust port of fig2dev to all of fig2dev's languages (PDF, EPS, SVG, pdfTeX/pstex, LaTeX picture, epic, pict2e, TikZ, PSTricks, PiCTeX, METAPOST and more) plus Asymptote.
