lips – Text ellipses in LaTeX
A LaTeX package defining \lips, which generates text ellipses that are closer to what The Chicago Manual of Style suggests than what \dots produces. The package does the right thing in most circumstances, and so is easier to use, as well.
The package is part of the frankenstein bundle of packages.
