go-make – A make variant for LaTeX documents
Go automates the processing of a LaTeX document, according to a file .gorc in the same directory as the document. Has facilities for previewing the document, with a "continuous preview" mode.
Go is set up to deal with LaTeX 2.09 documents; it would need some attention to prepare it for use with modern documents.
