gbt9704 – A LaTeX class for the Chinese official GB/T 9704-2012 document format

This package provides a LaTeX document class for typesetting documents according to the Chinese national standard GB/T 9704-2012 (Format of official documents of party and government organs). It supports red headers, hierarchical section titles, attachments, signatures, copy-to lists, issuing information, and other standard components required by the standard.

The class is built on the memoir document class and requires XeLaTeX with the CTeX bundle.
