New CTAN package: chemnum

On Mon, 27 Jun 2011 Clemens Niederberger submitted the chemnum package. Summary description: chemnum is a new and hopefully comprehensive approach for the numbering of chemical compounds. It is vaguely inspired by the chemcompounds package. License type: lppl Announcement text:
The package defines a \label- and \ref-like commands for compound numbers. Basically two main commands are provided, \cmpd{<label name>} and \cmpdlist{<comma separated list of label names>}. With them compound labels are initialized, declared and printed. There are some variants of these commands and possibilities to customize them.
