Date: July 9, 2008 10:16:46 PM CEST
On Tue, 8 Jul 2008 at 14:24 +0200, Jean-Pierre Drucbert submitted an update to the minitoc package. Location on CTAN: macros/latex/contrib/minitoc License: LPPL This package allows the creation of mini-tables of contents, lists of figures or lists of tables per part, chapter or section, with language dependent titles. This new version has the following changes or improvements: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Minitoc version #59 -- Updated the bibliography. --* Renamed fminitoc.(pdf dtx) and consorts as minitoc-fr.(pdf dtx) and consorts. Already done in version #58, but the catalogue should be updated. --** Added some missing graphic files.
Notes: * To allow typing "texdoc minitoc-fr" to access the french documentation. ** Required only to compile the documentation (!). I am sorry to have forgotten seven graphics files in version #58; thanks to Morton H??holm who signaled the problem. The administravive trivia are in the `CATALOG' file in the distribution. Note that the documentation is mainly available in PDF form: -- in (not perfect) english: minitoc.pdf, -- in french: minitoc-fr.pdf. The ``cmk'' script may be used to convert the PDF documentation into PostScript. The INSTALL file (and, better, the ``Installation'' chapter in the documentation) describes the files of this package (the complete list of files is in minitoc.l). A minitoc.tds.zip file is also available in the distribution. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
This package is located at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/minitoc . More information is at http://tug.ctan.org/info/?id=minitoc (if the package is new it may take a day for that information to appear). We are supported by the TeX Users Group http://www.tug.org . minitoc – Produce a table of contents for each chapter, part or section

The minitoc package allows you to add mini-tables-of-contents (minitocs) at the beginning of every chapter, part or section. There is also provision for mini-lists of figures and of tables. At the part level, they are parttocs, partlofs and partlots. If the type of document does not use chapters, the basic provision is section level secttocs, sectlofs and sectlots.

The package has provision for language-specific configuration of its own “fixed names”, using .mld files (analagous to babel .ldf files that do that job for ”s own fixed names).
