We are happy to announce the moderncv release v2.6.1 as a new patch release including the following bug fixes: - mitigation of issues with the use of fontawesome short notation \fa<x>, which lead to compilation failures with LuaLaTeX/XeLaTeX (now using \faIcon{<x>} notation, see https://github.com/moderncv/moderncv/issues/296) - documentation corrections for default style options - explicit setting of style options For a detailed list please refer to the CHANGELOG.

moderncv – A modern curriculum vitae class
The class provides facilities for typesetting modern curriculums vitae, both in a classic and in a casual style. It is fairly customizable, allowing you to define your own style by changing the colours, the fonts, etc.
The template.tex file can be used as an example.
