ElegantBook – An Elegant LaTeX Template for Books
ElegantBook is designed for writing Books. This template is based on the standard LaTeX book class. The goal of this template is to make the writing process more elegant.
However, at the end of 2022 the author told us: “I created these templates in 2013 mainly for Chinese font settings along with some other settings.” As of now, the “ctex package is good enough for Chinese settings”, and the ctexart and ctexbook classes should be used as a starting point for Chinese documents. The authors of this package feel that they no longer have the time to maintain this package well, so they prefer to retract it before it gets outdated and buggy.
