Important change. The shorthand ^h doesn’t render the h with a lower hat anymore, for the reasons explained in the manual, which explains how to restore the former behavior.

babel-esperanto – Babel support for Esperanto
The package provides the language definition file for support of Esperanto in babel. Some shortcuts are defined, as well as translations to Esperanto of standard “LaTeX names”.
