utfpatgen – Generate hyphenation patterns from UTF-8 input
UTFPatgen takes a list of hyphenated words and outputs a set of patterns that can be used by the TeX hyphenation algorithm. The input encoding is UTF-8, and various hardwired limits in the original Patgen have been removed. Any number of hyphenation levels may be specified.
UTFPatgen is an extension and reimplementation, in CWEB, of the original Patgen, written by Frank M. Liang.
