mapcodes – Support for multiple character sets and encodings
Mapcodes is an early package covering the same ground as the standard LaTeX inputenc. It provides for input in ISO Latin-1 and -2, IBM codepages 850 and 852, and HP, Macintosh and Atari encodings.
