fnpara-pln – Footnotes in paragraphs

Typeset footnotes in run-on paragraphs, instead of one above another, as in the Dirty Tricks on pp 398–400 of the TeXbook. This code formed the basis of a LaTeX fnpara package, and has been further adapted and made more robust for use in e-TeX, appears in the comprehensive footnote package footmisc.
