The new option "breakbefore" provides fine-grained control of automatic line breaking before specified characters. The package can be used without shell escape or Pygments with a pre-generated cache using the new package options "finalizecache" and "frozencache". The shellesc package is now loaded for compatibility with the latest LuaTeX. "bgcolor" now supports page breaks.

minted – Highlighted source code for LaTeX
The package that facilitates expressive syntax highlighting in LaTeX using the powerful Pygments library. The package also provides options to customize the highlighted source code output using fancyvrb.
