In ELS-CAS-templates, mainly two classfiles and one style file are provided along with a few thumbnail images, dummy figures and one .bst. Authors who wish to publish their article with Elsevier can use this template to typeset their article for submission. These templates should be used according to the instructions available on the Elsevier author instruction page. This bundle contains one template to typeset in single column format and another one to typeset in double column format. These should be used according to the instructions available on the corresponding journal home page. (Note: "CAS" = here: "Complex Article Service")

els-cas-templates – Elsevier updated LaTeX templates
This bundle provides two class and corresponding template files for typesetting journal articles supposed to go through Elsevier’s updated workflow. One of the sets is meant for one-column, the other for two-column layout. These are now accepted for submitting articles both in Elsevier’s electronic submission system and elsewhere.
