CTAN update: diffcoeff

Date: December 29, 2019 12:13:17 AM CET
Andrew Parsloe submitted an update to the diffcoeff package. Version number: 3.2 2019-12-28 License type: lppl1.3c Summary description: Write differential coefficients easily and consistently Announcement text:
Version 3.2 of diffcoeff fixes a bug when an ordinary derivative is part of the differentiand of a partial derivative. It now displays correctly. The differential command \dl can now also insert negative space before it. Some minor corresponding additions to the documentation have also been made.
This package is located at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/diffcoeff More information is at https://www.ctan.org/pkg/diffcoeff

diffcoeff – Write differential coefficients easily and consistently

This package allows the easy and consistent writing of ordinary, partial and other derivatives of arbitrary (algebraic or numeric) order. For mixed partial derivatives, the total order of differentiation is calculated by the package. Optional arguments allow specification of points of evaluation (ordinary derivatives), or variables held constant (partial derivatives), and the placement of the differentiand (numerator or appended).

The package is built on xtemplate and the configurability it enables, extending to differentials (including simple line elements) and jacobians.
