The outdated french translation of the "not so short introduction to LaTeX" has finally been updated to the latest upstream version, with new translators, new maintainers and (translated) sources at disposal. Hopefully this new up-to-date translation will be of use to any inquisitive french person wanting to know more about the awesome document preparation system that LaTeX is.
