ifx­e­tex – Am I run­ning un­der ?

A sim­ple pack­age which pro­vides an \ifx­e­tex con­di­tional, so that other code can de­ter­mine that it is run­ning un­der .

The pack­age re­quires the e- ex­ten­sions to the prim­i­tive set.
