Date: May 6, 2011 6:55:44 PM CEST
On Thu, 5 May 2011 Christian Feuersänger submitted an update to the pdfmarginpar package. Summary description: A small tool for read-only dynamic pdf annotations which works with pdflatex. License type: lppl Announcement text:
This is a bugfix update which fixes broken compatibility with pgf 2.10.
This package is located at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/pdfmarginpar . More information is at http://www.ctan.org/pkg/pdfmarginpar (if the package is new it may take a day for that information to appear). pdfmarginpar – Generate marginpar-equivalent PDF annotations

The package provides the \pdfmarginpar command which is similar in spirit to \marginpar. However, it creates PDF annotations which may be viewed with Adobe Reader in place of marginal texts. Small icons indicate the in-text position where the message originates, popups provide the messages themselves. Thus bugfixes and other such communications are clearly visible together when viewing the document, while the document itself is not obscured.
