Major changes: - Make (more) proper use of `\setunit'/`\setunit*'. - Default to `defernumbers = true' and `sorting = none'. - Add hint for split sorting in documentation. See ChangeLog.txt for more detailed summary. This version would probably be the last RC version in the current series.
