License change and bugfix. The project uses a BSD-style license now. After successfully processing a NetPBM file the program did not set the exit status code to indicate success. This is fixed now.

bmeps – Converter from PNG/JPEG/Tgb81AIFF/NetPBM to EPS
This package has been superseded by bmpp, but is still distributed as part of the dktools bundle, which is however no longer hosted on CTAN.
