I have uploaded a new version of WinShell to:
ftp://ftp.dante.de/incoming/winshell
Please replace all the files in:
ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/tex/systems/win32/winshell
The licence is 'nosource'.
WinShell is a graphical user interface for easy working with LaTeX or TeX. It includes a text editor, different tool bars and user configuration options. It is NOT a LaTeX system. An additional LaTeX package for Windows is needed.
