The package that a week or two ago was installed as chinese-font-metrics under fonts/ has had its identifier changed as well as its location. It will take perhaps a day for this change to propogate to your local mirror. Jim Hefferon Saint Michael's College .................................................................................. The following information was provided by our fellow contributor: Name of contribution: Chinese Font Metrics Version number: r143 Author's name: Yue Wang Location on CTAN: /fonts/metrics Summary description: TFM subfonts files for using Chinese Fonts in 8-bit TeX License type: lppl Announcement text:
This is an updated version of chinese-font-metrics. The new package name should be zhmetrics as Karl suggested. It should be located in /fonts/metrics rather than /fonts. The directories are reorganized to meet the TDS standard.
This package is located at http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/metrics/zhmetrics . More information is at http://tug.ctan.org/pkg/zhmetrics (if the package is new it may take a day for that information to appear). We are supported by the TeX Users Group http://www.tug.org . Please join a users group; see http://www.tug.org/usergroups.html .
