This is version 2 of the abc package for including music in ABC and ABCPlus notation in LaTeX files. The package now supports writing music excerpts with different names for each abc environment automatically. An important addition is support for Mup (Music Publisher from Arkkra.com) via the subpackage mup (many thanks to Martin Tarenskeen for suggesting this addition and some improvements on the main package)

abc – Support ABC music notation in

The abc package lets you include lines of music written in the ABC Plus language. The package will then employ the \write18 facility to convert your notation to PostScript (using the established utility abcm2ps) and hence to the format needed for inclusion in your document.
