This package includes TeX support files for Gentium.

Gentium Basic is there only to supplement Gentium which has no bold variant.
It might be removed (or split into a separate package & completed)
when bold & bold italic Gentium is released.

MACROS:
======

At the moment this package only provides ConTeXt macros,
but TeX or LaTeX contributions (.fd files) are welcome
and will be included in the package if anyone sends them.

ENCODINGS:
=========

The package provides font files needed for either XeTeX/LuaTeX or pdfTeX.
For pdfTeX the following encodings are available:
- Latin:
  * ec       T1  - for most European languages
  * texnansi LY1 - for most Western European languages
  * l7x      L7x - for Baltic languages
  * qx       QX  - for Polish
  * t5       T5  - for Vietnames
- Greek:
  * agr
- Cyrillic:
  * t2a      T2A - cyrillic; this is just a placeholder and is not finished yet;
                   any contributions welcome
