The hep-acronym package

An acronym extension for glossaries

Introduction

The hep-acronym package provides an acronym macro based on the glossaries-extra package. It defines declaration commands for regular, always-short, always-long, and alternative long-form acronyms, keeps the first-use counters sentence-aware, optionally links later uses back to the first occurrence, and provides helpers for resetting, dummy-using, and grouping acronyms.

It can be loaded using \usepackage{hep-acronym}.
