dvimerge – Merge two DVI files together

A Bourne shell script that takes pages from two DVI files and produces a merged output. Thus dvimerge file1.dvi file2.dvi 1 10 produces a file merged.dvi which contains page 1 of file1, then page 1 of file2, then page 2 ... up to page 10 of each file.
