Package `scrlayer-fancyhdr` is a KOMA-Script spinoff. Version 0.2 it the first stand-alone release. It requires KOMA-Script 3.33 and `fancyhdr` 3 up to 4.0.1. The package is still experimental.

scrlayer-fancyhdr – Combining package fancyhdr with KOMA-Script’s scrlayer
This LaTeX package uses KOMA-Script’s scrlayer to redefine the page styles of package fancyhdr. This allows the combination of features of fancyhdr with features of scrlayer.
Before KOMA-Script v3.33 scrlayer-fancyhdr was part of KOMA-Script itself.
