## Version 0.95c [2021-03-17] ### Fixed - \pdffield-setup:nn - ocgcolorlinks test for dvips (pdf version is not available) ### Changed - \pdf_name_from_unicode_e:n: use cvn operator with dvips - \url: it has an optional argument through which protocol, formatting command and encoding can be changed - \href can use the url arguments too. - \hyper at linkfile (GoToR links) now uses a filespec dictionary. This improves the support for non-ascii files names. ### Added - \hrefurl, \hrefrun, \hrefpdf for better support of non-ascii input and default options, see the hyperref-generic documentation.

pdfmanagement-testphase – LaTeX PDF management testphase bundle
This is a temporary package, which is used during a test phase to load the new PDF management code of LaTeX.
The new PDF management code offers backend-independent interfaces to central PDF dictionaries, tools to create annotations, form Xobjects, to embed files, and to handle PDF standards.
The code is provided, during a testphase, as an independent package to allow users and package authors to safely test the code. At a later stage it will be integrated into the LaTeX kernel (or in parts into permanent support packages), and the current testphase bundle will be removed.
