### Added - Checking missing `\endgroup` at the end of `\DocInclude` - Linked storage type for large property lists (issue \#1040, pull \#1059) ### Changed - `\meta` now typesets in `\texttt`, along with `\Arg` - Improved the performance of `\cs_if_exist:NTF`, `\cs_if_free:NTF`, `\cs_if_exist_use:NTF`, and most notably their `c`-type variants. ### Fixed - Inconsistent local/global assignments in `\vcoffin_gset:Nnn` and `\vcoffin_gset:Nnw` - Tokenization by `\peek_analysis_map_inline:n` of one additional character after any space or brace ### Deprecated - `\msg_gset:nnn(n)`

l3kernel – LaTeX3 programming conventions
The l3kernel bundle provides an implementation of the LaTeX3 programmers’ interface, as a set of packages that run under LaTeX2ε. The interface provides the foundation on which the LaTeX3 kernel and other future code are built: it is an API for TeX programmers. The packages are set up so that the LaTeX3 conventions can be used with regular LaTeX2ε packages.
