The comicsans package makes Microsoft's Comic Sans font available to LaTeX2e. This version is primarily just a repackaging of the files for CTAN to include pregenerated .fd files as was recently requested on comp.text.tex (Subject: Comic Sans and pdflatex).
This package is located at http://mirror.ctan.org/fonts/comicsans . More information is at http://www.ctan.org/pkg/comicsans (if the package is new it may take a day for that information to appear). comicsans – Use Microsoft Comic Sans font

MicroSoft Comic Sans is a TrueType font that is readily available on the net (MicroSoft no longer distribute it in isolation from Windows, but there is no restriction on distribution of existing copies). This package provides metrics and maps to use the font with pdf, in a variety of text shapes, and (to some extent) in mathematics.
