tikzs­cale – Re­size pic­tures while re­spect­ing text size

The pack­age ex­tends the \in­clude­graph­ics com­mand to sup­port tikzpic­tures. It al­lows scal­ing of TikZ im­ages and PGFPlots to a given width or height with­out chang­ing the text size.
