Various macro changes. A new manual has been added, detailing the development of an average size parser (for linker script files), indexing macros have been expanded to allow indexing of names from several domains. A new parser insertion mechanism has been written to make adding new parsers for use with CWEB more transparent. As usual, a number of typos, etc. have been corrected (and new ones probably introduced).

splint – Write LALR(1) parsers in TeX using bison and flex
The bundle provides the means of building parsers and scanners in TeX. Bison and Flex are used to create the tables that drive the automata programmed as TeX macros.
