The rtf2latex2e converter has been updated to release 2-0-1. The package rtf2latex2e-2-0-1.zip contains the source code files. The package rtf2latex2e-2-0-1-Win.zip contains a precompiled executable for Windows and the necessary data files.

rtf2latex2e – Convert Rich Text Format (RTF) files to LaTeX2ε
The package converts Rich Text Format (RTF) files to LaTeX2ε, saving any image files it finds. Visual formatting, such as ruler positions, tabs, paragraph indentations, etc., is ignored. Users should expect the LaTeX output to need some manual editing; the result is not a reproduction of what you see on the WYSIWYG screen.
