Date: March 26, 2022 9:11:55 PM CET
Johannes Jakob Meyer submitted an update to the quantumarticle package. Version number: 6.0 2022-03-25 License type: lppl1.3c Summary description: Document class for submissions to the Quantum journal Announcement text:
New in v6.0 of quantumarticle, the document class to typeset submissions for Quantum -- the open journal for quantum science: - Added the "quantum.bst" bibliography style as a default option that is optimized to be used with the "quantumarticle" document class. The bibliography style also provides some custom fields that allow the users to specify code repositories as bibliography items. - Added "quantum-bibliographystyle-demo" to demonstrate the use of the new bibliography style - Added the "quantumview" document class as a help to authors of editorial pieces in Quantum Views. It allows the typesetting to be done in LaTeX, and editors at Quantum can then easily convert the document to HTML - Added "quantumview-template" as a starting point for typesetting editorial pieces for Quantum Views.

quantumarticle – Document class for submissions to the Quantum journal

This package provides the preferred document class for papers to be submitted to “Quantum — the open journal of quantum science”. It is based on the widely used article document class and designed to allow a seamless transition from documents typeset with the article, revtex4-1, and elsarticle document classes. As a service to authors, the document class comes with a predefined bibilography style quantum.bst that is optimized to be used with the quantumarticle document class. Additionally, the quantumview documentclass is provided, which can be used as a proxy to typeset the HTML-only editorial pieces in Quantum Views in a editor.

The quantumarticle document class also offers an option to remove the Quantum-related branding. In that way, users appreciating the esthetics of this document class can use it for their notes as well.
