Now the tkz-euclide package is independent from tkz-base, so some macros have been transferred from one to the other. tkz-base is still mostly useful to work together with tkz-fct. The name of the documentation is now tkz-base.pdf

tkz-base – Tools for drawing with a cartesian coordinate system
The bundle is a set of packages, designed to give mathematics teachers (and students) easy access to programming of drawings with TikZ.
