CTAN Update: CircuiTikZ
The important thing in this release is the new position of transistor's labels; see the manual for details. Also, a rollback point has been added to 0.9.6, and there is an option to have the old label behavior. - Fix the position of transistor's text. There is an option to revert to the old behavior. - Added anchors for adding circuits (like snubbers) to the flyback diodes in transistors (after a suggestion from @EdAlvesSilva on GitHub).

CircuiTikZ – Draw electrical networks with TikZ
The package provides a set of macros for naturally typesetting electrical and (somewhat less naturally, perhaps) electronic networks.
It is designed as a tool that is easy to use, with a lean syntax, native to LaTeX, and directly supporting PDF output format. It has therefore been based on the very impressive PGF/TikZ package.
