This pack­age pro­vides a macro to type­set quo­ta­tions via \say{some­thing}. The re­spec­tive quo­ta­tion mark glyphs will be in­serted au­to­mat­i­cally. Nested quo­ta­tions will also be de­tected. I es­pe­cially rec­om­mend this pack­age to peo­ple who use other lan­guages than English -- e.g. Ger­man.
