New CTAN package: context-ruby

CTAN has today mirrored a new package from the ConTeXt minimals
distribution:

The module implements the specification for simple ruby as specified by the W3C (http://www.w3.org/TR/ruby/) in ConTeXt. The position and layout of the base text and the ruby text can be controlled by parameters.
I have sanitised the mirror copy and made an entry in the catalogue repository. context-ruby – Ruby annotations in ConTeXt
Ruby markup (aka furigana in Japan) are inline annotations above or below a word to indicate the reading of ideographic characters. The module implements the W3C specification for simple ruby in ConTeXt. The position and layout of the base text and the ruby text can becontrolled by parameters.
