2019-10-01 Patch Level 3 LaTeX Release Update to the handling of filenames with spaces, notably re-enabling the main document file to have spaces in its name. Fix to the code to add % to ends of lines to tables of contents files (github issue 202) Correction for \verbvisiblespace (github issue 205) incorrectly done in PL2.
