Unfortunately, this new version (v0.7a) introduces an incompatible change. The placeholder used to identify the calendar year within .events files has been renamed from \year to \calYear to avoid conflicts with other packages. Furthermore, holidays linked to Easter Sunday can now be generated automatically with the help of the LaTeX package `easter`. See, for example, `tikz-kalender-example1.tex`.

For usage see the example files tikz-kalender-example1.tex, tikz-kalender-example2.tex, tikz-kalender-example3.tex, and *.events. The Code is inspired by this document and is subject to the »Creative Commons attribution license (CC-BY-SA)«.
The class tikz-kalender requires the package
TikZ and the TikZ libraries
calc and calendar.
