This is an interim version of KOMA-Script on the way to supporting PDF tagging. As previously announced, deprecated instructions have been largely removed. Likewise, deprecated options are no longer processed but simply trigger a warning. Therefore, anyone who intends to continue ignoring warnings that have been issued for the past twenty years should not install this version.
