regulatory 1.0.0 is the first stable release of the package for structured legal documents in LaTeX. It provides articles, paragraphs, points and definitions, legal cross-references, interdocument references and attachments, signature fields, external-source citations, Markdown input and HTML output. Dutch and English are fully supported, with partial German and French support. The release also establishes the public and extension APIs for the 1.x series and includes extensive automated testing, including PDF/A and PDF/UA conformance checks.

Regulatory – Flexible drafting of legal documents, especially in Dutch
This package aims to simplify the writing process, especially for Dutch legal authors. It has also been implemented in English and can be expanded to include other languages. The package offers macros for typical legal structures and contains a referencing system.
