Vaibhav Blayer submitted an update to the
tikzphysics
package.
Version: 1.1.0
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: TikZ-native shapes and anchors for classical physics diagrams
Announcement text:
tikzphysics 1.1.0 adds continuous straight and circular ramp node shapes, sampled contact-surface anchors, and exact local tangent and normal guides. Straight ramps include a labeled acute-angle helper; curved ramps include a configurable horizontal floor before the arc. A new spring node provides exact attachment anchors and configurable leads and coil geometry.
This package is located at https://mirrors.ctan.org/graphics/pgf/contrib/tikzphysics More information is at https://ctan.org/pkg/tikzphysics
Thanks for the upload. For the CTAN Team Manfred Lotz CTAN is run entirely by volunteers and supported by TeX user groups. Please join a user group or donate to one, see https://ctan.org/lugs .

TikZphysics – TikZ-native shapes and anchors for classical physics diagrams
The package extends TikZ with reusable shapes, styles, keys, and geometric anchors for physics diagrams. It provides mechanics, contact surfaces and tracks, polar and Cartesian differential elements, solid shell and slice constructions, fluid mechanics, optical mirrors and lenses, waves, thermodynamics, and thermal physics/heat transfer apparatus. Features use ordinary TikZ node, path, and pic syntax with reusable default styles. Integer percentage anchors compose larger diagrams, and reference cards expose keys and anchors. Diagrams default to black and white and inherit native TikZ stroke widths.
