* mplibglyph operator accepts Type1 font (.pfb) filename. N.B. Some glyphs in cmr10 and its family (or maybe other) Type1 fonts are not working properly. * fix the mplibgraphictext function to embolden rules when fakebold == 0

luamplib – Use LuaTeX’s built-in METAPOST interpreter
The package enables the user to specify METAPOST diagrams (which may include colour specifications from the color or xcolor packages) into a document, using LuaTeX’s built-in METAPOST library.
The facility is only available in PDF mode.
